By booking, using, or accessing RideEDH services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
RideEDH provides private, pre-arranged ground transportation services, including but not limited to:
RideEDH is not a rideshare platform and does not provide on-demand street-hail services.
RideEDH is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or events beyond reasonable control. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.
RideEDH is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. If found, RideEDH may return items at its discretion; shipping or delivery costs may apply.
RideEDH does not provide:
Passengers are responsible for complying with child seat and safety laws.
RideEDH maintains commercial auto insurance as required by law. Coverage details are available upon request.
Use of RideEDH services is subject to the RideEDH Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for booking, communication, and service delivery.
All content on RideEDH.com, including logos, text, and images, is owned by RideEDH and may not be used without permission.
Airport pickup times depend on passenger-provided flight information. RideEDH monitors flight statuses when possible, but delays or changes to flight schedules may result in additional wait time fees. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate and timely flight details.
Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless RideEDH, its owner, and its agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the passenger's actions, including but not limited to damage to the vehicle, illegal activity, or injury caused by the passenger's conduct.
Passengers may be charged a cleaning or damage fee if the vehicle is soiled or damaged during the ride. Fees will be assessed based on the extent of cleaning or repair required, with a minimum fee of $150.
RideEDH is operated by a sole proprietor. Rides may be unavailable due to illness, mechanical issues, prior bookings, or other circumstances. RideEDH will make reasonable efforts to notify passengers of cancellations and assist with alternative arrangements when possible. Liability in such cases is limited to a full refund of any prepaid fare.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless prohibited by law. Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
RideEDH may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
